George founded Gentry & Blade with a vision: to create a barbershop that merges refined grooming with genuine human connection. After working across a range of industries and exploring different career paths, it was in barbering that skill, service, and atmosphere all came together.
In 2024, Gentry & Blade opened its doors in the heart of Wellington's CBD. The shop features a high-end fit-out designed to match the elevated service within. From the first trim to the final mirror check, every detail is intentional.
